Programs

Our gymnastics program has been around for over 30 years.  We have 3 programs rolled into one. Our Introductory, our Classes, and our Team train in separate areas for the safest way to learn gymnastics.  All space and equipment is age and level appropriate.

Introductory

Our Intro program is coached by Jan Doke and Annette Schaffer.  This program is not only a great introduction to the sport of gymnastics, but also into coordination and physical exploration. We have Parent tot classes through advanced beginner for boys and girls.

Classes

We start with a Shooting Stars (Beginner) class for those who have never had gymnastics or have not mastered forward and backward rolls and bridges. Gymnasts will also learn beginning skills on vault, bars, and beam.

Rising Stars (Beginner II) comes next to master headstands and cartwheels. Gymnasts will continue learing on all 4 events.

Sun Rays (Intermediate) classes are for those who are working on handstands, back extensions, bridge kick over, and round off. Gymnasts will also work hard on the pull over and back hip circle on bars. Vault and beam will be advancing as well.

Northern Lights (Intermediate II) is geared toward those who only have one or two skills left to master before they can join the advanced class.

Star Bursts (Advanced) classes work hard on backhandsprings, front hip circles, cartwheels on beam, and more advanced vaulting techniques.

Cheer 

 

We run cheer classes year round. There are 2 separate ways cheerleaders can improve their tumbling skills. We offer a basic cheer class and drop in cheer classes.

We are excited to introduce this one of a kind class geared toward athletes who use gymnastics based skills in their sports. Need to learn how to flip, twist, or increase spatial awareness?  This class is for you!

 

  • · For anyone ages 10-18 needing or wanting to learn flipping and twisting.
  • · This is a monthly class that is offered 2 different days a week to fit your schedule.
  • · State of the art training facility with skilled instructors.
